Description of Work

Since the project was a reconstruction of another set of contractors' errors and cover-ups, John Teschky would honestly appraise every situation, put forth an honest estimate of time and cost and was accurate & dependable for both aspects. Teschky had to rebuild north, east, and south sides of our existing home. He also incorporated steel beams & column supports within the interior, in order to remove walls. Teschky's crews were all professional workers and gentlemen throughout the 2 year construction project. His project manager, Brian Simzyk, was absolutely diligent and professional in his every act within the project. Remained good hearted and good spirited throughout the difficult to solve situations that would come up with this type of reconstruction project.

We will contract with John Teschky for any future projects. Lots of unknown problems with the structure of home due to shoddy workmanship years ago. Teschky was extremely capable in solving every problem. We hired Teschky, Inc. as a time and materials general contractor. Everything was always presented to us first, explained and dependably & cost effectively produced to our satisfaction. We are still in the midst of decorating the interior, but will soon be having
John Teschky to our home for the celebration with champagne (that he inferred at the get to with him that we would be enjoying after the project was finished. He was right).
